Full colour printing as Standard
Your clients can get creative with Full-colour digital printing, available as standard on all our soft toys whether they have white or coloured t-shirts. This gives you the greatest flexibility in quoting without needing to see artwork in advance. In addition to prints on the fronts of the bears, you can offer extra print positions, such as on the back, sleeves, or even paws of select products that have a suitably short pile fabric. 

Printing Methods: What You Need to Know
•    White T-Shirts: We use textile transfer printing for vibrant, cost-effective results. This process reduces production time and keeps unit costs low, supporting your profit margins. 
•    Coloured T-Shirts & Additional Areas: For coloured t-shirts, dressing gowns, and paw prints, we use Direct to Film (DTF) printing. While costing slightly more, it ensures premium-quality branding that stands out.
If minor imperfections, like a faint box around logos on white t-shirts, are a concern, we offer free samples for review. DTF printing is available as an upgrade, but in most cases, it’s unnecessary for white t-shirts. Millions of our white t-shirt bears have been printed and sent on to happy customers.

No Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
From smaller orders to large-scale contracts, we’re here to support your business win orders of all sizes. Our large stock holdings allow us to handle high-volume orders on demand, but we’re equally committed to fulfilling smaller, repeat orders that may grow over time as your clients’ budgets allow. With no minimum order requirements, you’re free to cater to businesses of all sizes, whether they need a few tens of units or tens of thousands.

Setup fees and Multi product Discounts
Orders of 50 units or more are free from setup fees. This allows your clients to split designs or mix products (e.g., mugs and soft toys) without extra costs, while still benefiting from price breaks for combined quantities.
Let me say that again as it’s an extra benefit often overlooked. By having no set up fees, your customer can potentially have a few different designs at no extra charge. 
For example, 4 designs of 250 gets the 1000qty price break, with no setup costs whatsoever.  
For small orders under 50, a modest setup fee is applied to cover minor admin expenses. 
We will never charge you Origination fees.  

Multi product discounts. 
We know we don’t shout enough about this feature, as very often when placing orders with us, it comes as a pleasant surprise to find out that your invoice is lower than you expected. Place an order with multiple designs or product types, and we calculate the total quantity for price breaks. For example, ordering 125 Henry Bears and 125 Anne Bears gets you the 250-unit price for both products. This equates to savings and increased profit margins for your business. 

Affordable, Flat-Rate Delivery
We are a huge fan of the KISS strategy! (Keep It Simple Stupid!) We want you to have the easiest time quoting your clients. To keep shipping straightforward (and Simple) we offer a competitive flat-rate delivery fee for all soft toy orders across mainland UK. This means you won’t need to check specific postcodes or quantities for delivery costs – it’s one predictable low rate regardless of the order size. This setup helps you manage costs effectively, especially on larger orders. – You’re welcome! 

Free Sample Service for Confident Ordering
Our free sample service gives your clients a hands-on look at product and print quality, increasing their confidence in placing orders. Whether printed or plain, samples and carriage to your client are free, making it even easier for you to close sales. 

Digital Mock-Ups & Approval Photos
Need a quick preview? We’ll provide same-day digital mock-ups so your clients can see how their logo will look on our products. Once the order is placed, we’ll send you a photo of the first printed unit for final approval, ensuring everything is perfect before production begins.
