If you would like to receive a digital mock-up by email then simply email with your artwork file and the name of the product you are interested in and one of our sales team will get back to you.

Samples are intended for legitimate business customers only and are not for individuals. We reserve the right to refuse to send samples at our discretion.
A small number of products may incur charges for samples, if this is the case we will notify you beforehand to confirm that you would still like the sample.
If a printed sample is required then we are happy to supply one, but it will feature a standardised logo for illustrative purposes.

For printed orders, we strive to dispatch them within 3-5 working days following artwork approval. If you're in a rush, don't hesitate to call us on 01454 325 697 with your specifications. We offer a variety of dispatch options to make sure your items arrive when you need them.

IMPORTANT FOR PRINTED ORDERS: After we receive your order and artwork, we'll create a preliminary print of the first unit. We'll photograph this sample and email you the image so you can share it with your client for their final approval. Typically, this step is completed on the same day, allowing both you and your client to review the product and request any last-minute changes.

Once you and your client are 100% happy with everything, we'll move forward with the full production.


You can upload your logo file prior to adding to cart. Alternatively, once your order is placed, please reply to the confirmation e-mail you'll receive and attach your art file(s) to the e-mail. 

Our team of professional graphic designers will then prepare your artwork to your specific requirements. Once completed, your Account Manager will email this across to you. This process is normally completed within the same day, ensuring that you can see exactly what you're ordering, and allowing you the opportunity to make any last-minute amendments.

Once you are 100% happy with everything, and not until we receive your final written approval to proceed will we progress to production. Your total satisfaction and confidence in what you are ordering is of paramount importance to us!

Accepted File Types
We can accept most file types, either via e-mail, text or mailed hard copy. Just send us what you have and we'll work with you on the rest. Keep in mind that to keep your order moving as fast as possible, we prefer to receive vector file formats or high-resolution Raster images. (see below)

Preferred File Types:

  • PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
    Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps
  • AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator)
    Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • Rasterized images (.jpg, .tif, .pcx, .gif, .png, .bmp)

Please send a high-resolution copy if you have one.

Other file types
We can accept Microsoft Office files (word, powerpoint) but these are not recommended.


Many of our valued distributors have a credit account with us. We understand that it is often beneficial to be able to defer payment until after your client has received their order and has paid you. If you don't have this facility setup with us, by all means, please contact us to discuss this option.

We make it easy to settle accounts with us. There are of course, the usual payment methods, such as BACS or card payments from the invoice or over the phone. 


Delivery times

For orders of printed items up to 1000 units, our goal is to have them dispatched within 3-5 working days after your artwork has been approved. Should you need your order expedited, please do not hesitate to reach out with your specific needs.

For larger orders exceeding 1000 units, the turnaround time may vary between 5 to 14 days, depending on the current seasonal demand when your order is placed. We encourage you to contact us to discuss your specific turnaround time needs so we can work together to meet your customers deadlines.
